Some items, including made-to-order products, custom creations, and hand-painted products, may require additional processing time. The estimated preparation time will be clearly communicated to the customer before purchase so you know what to expect.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Packaging

Many of our products, including religious statues and home décor items, are fragile. Every piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely, packages are handled by shipping carriers after leaving our facility.

Shipping Damage

We highly recommend adding shipping insurance for orders containing fragile products. Shipping insurance provides additional protection in case of loss or damage during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping box
  • All packaging materials
  • The shipping label

We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps, including any available carrier or insurance claim process.

Return Shipping

For approved returns according to our Return Policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of the seller.
